ALEON stands behind the quality of every case we make. Our Worry‑Free 10‑Year Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, as well as damage that prevents your case from functioning as intended. If a case cannot be repaired due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it.

To request a repair, please complete the form below and include photos of the damage. Once submitted, our team will contact you with next steps.

Coverage
• Warranty repairs are available to original purchasers.
• Non‑warranty repairs are still available; however, repair costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Aluminum naturally develops scratches, dents, and dings over time. These cosmetic changes are not covered, as they do not affect performance.

Shipping Policy
• United States: ALEON covers return shipping after the repair is completed.
• International: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from ALEON, including any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import/export charges.

Airline Damage
If your case was damaged by an airline, please file a claim with the airline first. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may submit a repair request using the form below.

ALEON reserves the right to evaluate and make the final determination on all claims. Please do not send your case to ALEON without an approved repair request.
