Order Processing:

Orders placed after 1 PM PST begin processing the next business day.

Aleon partners with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped.

Orders will be received within 3-4 business days after shipment. Free shipping on orders over $100; $20 shipping on orders under $100.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Promotional free shipping offers apply only as stated.

Signature & Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Aleon is not liable for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office.

Aleon is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

International Duties & Taxes (If Applicable):
