ALEON has a Worry-Free 10 year warranty that covers the repair of your case in the unlikely event of a defect in materials or workmanship, or if your case is damaged in any other way. If your case cannot be repaired, ALEON will replace it. To submit a repair request, please completely fill in the form below and attach pictures of the damaged case.

If an airline damages your case, ALEON recommends that you file a claim directly with the airline first. If you are not satisfied with the results of your claim, submit a repair request with Aleon directly, using the form below.

Aluminum is the most durable and long-lasting material that luggage and cases can be made of and ALEON cases are designed and produced to offer the highest level of protection for your belongings.

Aluminum by its nature is subject to scratches, dents and dings, however it will not crack, split, puncture or otherwise compromise its contents.  Therefore scratches, dents and dings are not covered by this warranty.

ALEON reserves the right to evaluate and make the final judgment on all claims. Do not send case directly to ALEON. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state.
