  • Manage and develop a geographic territory
  • Possess a general understanding of the luggage industry
  • Research, prospect and develop relationships with luggage buyers, and store owners. 
  • Develop strong product knowledge
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service
  • Identify prospective accounts needs and opportunities
  • Possess a strong entrepreneurial skill set to drive business
  • Execute operational tasks per company directives
  • Adhere to all sales and operational policies/procedures
  • Outside sales experience preferably in the luggage industry
  • Demonstrated success in new business development or proven ability to build a great network
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities, and demonstrated an ability to close new business
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
